I thought that you should all take a look at this...
announced the release of ASAP Express, a free Web conferencing tool for two-person meetings. The service, available for business and personal use, lets users conduct unlimited free one-to-one Web meetings featuring VoIP audio, video, text chat, screen sharing, PowerPoint, and file transfer.
One of the features of the service is ASAP Links, presence-enabled links that ASAP Express users can publish in e-mails, Web sites, or blogs.

In many instances, configuring these separate systems to operate together proved difficult, making the user experience cumbersome at best.
"Integrated conferencing is driving video-conferencing capabilities to the desktop, with the result that scheduling a multimedia conference call becomes as easy as sending out an e-mail invitation to a meeting," said Zimmermann.
"Integration with a corporate e-mail system, such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, enables users to set up a conference bridge and reserve audio, video and Web ports with a single mouse click," he explained.
