It can be a little tricky to set up at first as it isn’t strictly PHP but once you start playing around with the values you begin to realize just how flexible it is.
I know I use it on a personal site to display no only latest industry news but also my most recent blog posts and forum entries. This way crawlers can get into that new content quickly through direct links on the home page.

S. State Department this year will increase its use of IP-based videoconferencing. Seventy of the department's 200 videoconferencing systems run over IP, but that number is expected to grow as IP-based systems promise to deliver cheaper and more reliable communications than the department's more prevalent ISDN-based videoconferencing technology.

In contrast, a premises-based, integrated-conferencing system uses conferencing hardware directly connected to the customer's internal network. This allows customers to ensure the conferencing traffic adheres to their internal security policies and that external users can access conferences securely.
This conferencing strategy differs drastically from earlier conferencing technologies that required customers to set up separate systems for audio conferencing, Web conferencing and video conferencing, said Zimmermann.
