customer it serves, TI is piling thousands of features onto a
single chip, allowing customers to select from pre-existing
functions as they use DaVinci-based chips to create new
products.

You could then have this light Google Linux stored on a USB device.
That way, no matter what computer you use, you could reboot it into the USB version of Google’s Desktop and have all your customizations and settings just like you would at home or the office.
You could borrow your neighbors laptop or even go to the local Internet cafe and reboot into “Glinux” to read email, respond to appointments and even have a virtual conference via Google IM.

Convoq Inc. introduced a free version of its Web conferencing system called ASAP Express with a feature for generating a graphical link that can be embedded in e-mails, a Weblog or Microsoft Office documents. The feature, called ASAP Links, displays a user's presence information and allows others to click the link to start an online meeting, Convoq executives said.
